Welcome to The Bleeding Wolf of Scholar Green, Stoke-on-trent.
Situated on the Staffordshire, Cheshire Border along the A34 between Congleton and Kidsgrove. The Bleeding Wolf is a family run public House with a good reputation for Home cooked Food and a popular watering hole for many a regular customer of all age groups.
A Picturesque, Pleasant looking pub with a thatched roof, cream exterior walls and in the summer season has beautiful hanging baskets. The Pub has its very own Legend a story many like to hear.
Car Park and Large Beer Garden
There is a large carpark to the rear as well as a large enclosed Beer Garden, somewhere to wear out the kiddies. On entering the pub you will find beautiful period interior with Oak beams, Large fireplaces and inglenook seating areas.
Perfect Venue for Functions
The Taproom is a games room where many a local will take on a challenge, also where our Mens and Ladies Darts teams play each week. We have the Lounge with its Curved Oak Bar and Large Bay window where our Entertainment on the last Saturday of each month takes place as well as our Quiz evening every other Sunday. Also our new Jazz evening takes place in here every week. We have the Oakroom, with its oak pannelled wall seating 30 people and can be used for functions of all descriptions including Birthday Parties. Our main Dining room is also available and can accomodate around 42 people.

We have our main dining room that can hold around 40 people as well as a number of lounge and bar areas that are extensive menu of Home Cooked food is served. Plus make sure you enjoy our New World wines and sample the delights of Robinsons Cask Ales.
