The Bleeding Wolf InnWelcome to The Bleeding Wolf of Scholar Green, Stoke-on-trent.Situated on the Staffordshire, Cheshire Border along the A34 between Congleton and Kidsgrove. The Bleeding Wolf is a family run public House with a good reputation for Home cooked Food and a popular watering hole for many a regular customer of all age groups.
A Picturesque, Pleasant looking pub with a thatched roof, cream exterior walls and in the summer season has beautiful hanging baskets. The Pub has its very own Legend a story many like to hear.
Car Park and Large Beer GardenThere is a large carpark to the rear as well as a large enclosed Beer Garden, somewhere to wear out the kiddies. On entering the pub you will find beautiful period interior with Oak beams, Large fireplaces and inglenook seating areas.
Perfect Venue for FunctionsThe Taproom is a games room where many a local will take on a challenge, also where our Mens and Ladies Darts teams play each week. We have the Lounge with its Curved Oak Bar and Large Bay window where our monthly entertainment and Quizs takes place. We have the Oakroom, with its oak pannelled wall seating 30 people and can be used for functions of all descriptions including Birthday Parties, Conferences and where our Caving group and Jaguar group meet monthly.
Enjoy a Carvery Every DayWe've also got a delightful conservatoy which can be found to the rear entrance, and The Carvery Room where our traditional carvery is served throughout the week. Finally our New Dining Room compleleted in September 2009, seating approximately 40 people.
A very cosy Dining area where tables may be reserved and you can order from our extensive menu of home cooked food. Plus make sure you enjoy our New World wines and sample the delights of Robinsons Cask Ales.
